How to request a return from GoLivestock.

You can request the order to be cancelled prior to agreeing that the bull semen has been transferred into your name.

To request a return you will need to send an email to support@golivestock.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. Please include the order id number in the email.

Take a look at the image below. This is the final step in the transaction. Once you have checked the box and clicked submit to the "Yes, I have recieived my purchased items" question, the transaction is considered complete and you cannot request a return.

You can still request a refund even if the seller has confirmed that the bull semen has been transferred into your name. This is the second last step of the transcation. However before we can return any funds to you, we will need to confirm with the seller that the items have been transferred back into thier name.
